Lead – Management Reporting Analysis

MMG seeks a Lead – Management Reporting & Analysis to join our Group Finance team.  Reporting to the Group Controller, you will take responsibility leading a small team in the delivery of MMG Group performance reporting and analysis and short-term business planning requirements (budgets and forecasts).  Your role includes co-ordination and collaboration with Commercial and group teams to ensure timely and high-quality reporting and analysis of business performance, budgets and forecasts.  In addition, you will work closely with the Financial Planning & Performance Processes team to identify and deliver on improvement initiatives in relation to performance reporting and short-term business planning processes.

With significant experience in budgeting/planning and management reporting, you have strong overall knowledge of management and financial accounting and extensive experience in ERP systems and financial/consolidation planning systems e.g. SAP, BPC and Interactive Excel.  Moreover, you have developed a detailed body of knowledge of mining operations and their associated end-to-end production processes and are able to comfortably apply and link this knowledge to budgeting/forecasting & business planning requirements.

CA/CPA accreditation combined with strong proven experience working within a multinational environment incorporating management reporting, budgeting and forecasting is required.  In addition, you have a well-developed ability to develop, manage and influence relationships, practices, behaviours and decisions across all levels of the organisation, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
