We are currently looking for qualified and enthusiastic Lao Nationals to join our Maintenance Department, Sepon Operations in the position of:

Leading Hand - Mechanical
As the Leading Hand – Mechanical, you will assist in supervising Mechanical Fitters and Mechanical Trades Assistant to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. You will assist in conducting regularly safety meetings, safety audits and inspections and you will also assist in undertaking accident/incident investigations. Additionally, you will implement the best practice maintenance methods to maximize plant availability.
The criteria of this selection will include:
- Diploma in mechanical or training in general industrial machinery
- Verbal and written comprehension in English language equivalent to LXML English training in beginner level.
- 2 years experience in plant with exposure to heavy industry
- Knowledge in fixed plant maintenance and repair including ability to prepare, carry out, and supervise plant tasks
- Current Lao driver license is preferred
