As a member of the Kinsevere Team, the Personal Assistant to the General Manager (GM) will perform administration duties within the GM office with the primary function being to assist the GM with administration tasks and Chinese/English & Chinese/French translation. To succeed in this role, excellent administrative support, organization and proactive multi-tasking ability must be demonstrated.
Key skills and accountabilities includes:
Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
Organizing correspondence (including Chinese/English & Chinese/French translation) and following-up on actions
Provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis of travel data and information.
Identify and/or support business process and services delivery process improvements.
Outstanding computer literacy as well as verbal and written communication skills
High level of confidentiality and maturity to handle critical situations
