Our people are as diverse as our assets, and the work is varied. Based from our Melbourne Head Office, you will partner with colleagues from Peru, Africa, China, Laos and Australia, to gather information and provide best practice advice and governance to align the assets to MMG’s strategy. • Provide technical advice to the CP on any water related modifying factors that may be material to MROR reporting.
  • Oversee development of catchment wide water balance models and water quality for MMG.
  • Work with the OTE team to develop assurance programs so that MMG’s commitments to bodies such as the ICMM and other requirements are met.
  • Engage with relevant industry leaders and groups to develop MMG’s water strategy and external reporting practices.
  • Lead the development of MMG’s water component of our Sustainability Framework.
  • Assist in identifying and managing water related risks associated with climate change.

At MMG, we invest in our people. We offer:

  • Competitive salary packages and incentive plans
  • Varied work that provides broad, global experience and exposure
  • Opportunity for global secondments and projects
  • A values-driven and collaborative work environment, bringing diverse people together
