Responsibilities of this role are:
- Oversee and manage month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyse profit and loss statements, cost reports, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and reporting standards.
- Work closely with the finance BP team to reconcile actual costs vs. budget.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis on physicals and production, revenue and operating expenses.
- Identify key cost drivers and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and present commentary on financial and operational performance, explaining deviations from the Budget or MYF.
- Collaborate with site operational teams to improve cost control and efficiency, in conjunction with the Finance BP team.
- Key responsible personal during the annual budgeting and mid-year forecasting processes for Kinsevere
- Utilize business intelligence tools to improve data visualization and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support system upgrades or ERP implementations to streamline reporting.
- Support program as Plan to Manage (P2M) Representative
- Provide analytical support to Group Office functions as required.
