The mine is committed to a low-carbon future, with a Dugald River Solar Farm, supplying a third of the mine’s power and reducing emissions by 33% and this is just the start of its renewable energy transition.
Dugald River employs around 750 employees and contractors on a mix of fly-in, fly-out and local residential basis.
Master Data Technician
The Master Data Technician will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating site maintenance strategies for all assets and infrastructure at the Dugald River Mine. Additionally, this role involves managing and implementing physical Master Data creation and changes within SAP.
There are multiple opportunities with details outlined below, which will be based on an 8/6 roster, drive in drive out (DIDO) from Cloncurry or Mount Isa or fly in fly out (FIFO) from Townsville or Brisbane.
- Permanent on-going opportunity.
- Secondment opportunity until December 2026.
Competencies, qualifications, and skills:
- Significant experience working with maintenance and asset management systems.
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with asset management practices and standards.
- In depth knowledge of SAP including PM, Master Data Objects and One PM.
- Practical experience in maintenance concepts, strategy design, development and improvement projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- SAP Master Data management.
- Creation and assignment of task lists for change outs or rebuilds including all labour and materials.
- Actively manage strategy development, execution and reporting in OnePM.
- Support adhoc maintenance planning.
