MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your key accountabilities include:

• Developing comprehensive project plans to monitor progress and ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Collaborating with internal teams and communicating with external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.
• Assessing project performance regularly, focusing on both short-term achievements and long-term outcomes.
• Managing adjustments to project scope, schedule, and budget using proven verification and control methods.
• Utilising advanced systems and techniques to accurately measure project performance.
• Reporting and escalating risks, issues, and concerns to management proactively.
• Maintaining thorough, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2- 5 demonstrated experience in a Project Planning role or similar capacity. 
• Strong command of project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
