Due to an internal secondment, our Melbourne Group Office has a vacancy for a Senior Specialist - Remuneration and Benefits.  Located within our Group HR Team, the purpose of this fixed-term role is to provide specialist advice, analysis and governance across our remuneration and reward plans, systems and policies.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced remuneration and reward specialist to work in an international context.  In addition to this, you will join a very experienced and respected Global HR Team, enabling you to further develop your advisory capabilities and future career prospects.  Specific duties include:

• Provision of analysis across Reward Programs, People Costs and Headcount
• Administer Group Reward programs and processes
• Facilitate the Reward Audit Plan and associated processes
• Develop and review Remuneration Packages
• Provision of specialist advice and support to Regional Operational HR Teams
• Facilitate and administer global mobility program
• Provide governance and assurance across the MMG Reward processes
• Provision of HR Business Partnering advice

To be considered, applicants must have demonstrable skills, knowledge and experiences in advising, reviewing and administrating reward and remuneration frameworks, plans and cycles.  Candidates with experiences reviewing equity-based incentive programs with be highly regarded, as will those who have experiences within complex organisations across multiple geographies.

This position is located in Southbank Melbourne and may involve occasional travel to our operations and support offices.
