MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your key accountabilities include:
- Supervising and monitoring performance of camp service contractors across all sites.
- Ensuring compliance with camp standards related to safety, hygiene, and service quality.
- Managing accommodation allocations, occupancy records, and check-in/out processes.
- Coordinating regular audits and inspections in accommodation, kitchens, laundries, and ablutions.
- Handling resident concerns and ensuring timely resolution of service issues.
- Overseeing onboarding and orientation of new camp residents.
- Ensuring contractor KPIs and SLAs are tracked, reviewed, and reported monthly.
- Liaising with internal departments and contractors for smooth delivery of services.
- Supporting implementation of camp improvement projects and initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE:
- Diploma in Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years in camp or hospitality operations (remote/mining preferred).
- SHEC-related training or certifications are an added advantage.
- Proven experience in contractor supervision.
