Housing Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised Housing Coordinator to manage employee accommodation across Rosebery, Tullah, Zeehan and Queenstown on the West Coast of Tasmania. This role will be based at our Burnie office with travel to site when required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing leases, housing allocations, inspections, property records and SAP purchase orders
- Liaising with landlords, real estate agents, HR and Maintenance to coordinate property requirements
- Overseeing maintenance schedules, gardening services and the general condition of MMG housing
- Assisting the maintenance team with adhoc administration duties
About you
- Experience in real estate, customer service or business administration
- Strong organisation, initiative, computer skills and customer focus
- Current C Class driver’s licence and a genuine commitment to safety
