We are looking for an experienced Emergency Services Co-ordinator who is passionate about emergency preparedness, training, and maintaining a highly capable emergency response team. This is your opportunity to make a genuine impact by ensuring our people, systems and operations are ready to respond safely and effectively.

Working alongside our Safety, Training, Health, Security and Emergency Response team, you'll coordinate emergency response capability across site, develop and deliver training, maintain critical emergency equipment, lead emergency exercises and support a strong safety culture throughout the operation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate emergency preparedness across site.
• Develop and deliver Emergency Response Team (ERT) training programs.
• Coordinate emergency response exercises, evacuations and drills.
• Maintain emergency vehicles and response equipment.
• Support emergency management planning and site readiness.
• Review rescue plans for high-risk work activities.
• Build capability through coaching, mentoring and emergency response training.
• Work closely with operational leaders and external emergency agencies to ensure best practice emergency management.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Experience in mine rescue, emergency services or industrial emergency response.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience training and mentoring emergency response teams.
• The ability to stay calm, make sound decisions and lead under pressure.
• A passion for safety and continuous improvement.

You'll Ideally Bring

• Certificate III Mine Rescue (Underground units highly regarded)
• Certificate IV Training & Assessment
• Current Manual Driver's Licence
• Experience within mining, heavy industry or similar operational environments.
