BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITIONS:

 

The Internship Development Program is a Two-Year Rotational Program which allows new graduates to develop their professional skills and business acumen while gaining valuable work experience and making valuable contributions to MMG-Khoemacau. This structured programme provides exposure to multiple functional areas—allowing interns to build a solid foundation for their careers.

 

The interns shall gain critical insights into MMG-Khoemacau operational model as well as a direct impact in helping to shape MMG Khoemacau’s future. While we value the contributions of our Graduates and strive to provide valuable learning experience, it is essential to understand that participation in our internship program does not guarantee a permanent position within the company.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE:

 

  1. Procurement Intern - A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Procurement and Logistics
  • Business Administration
  1. Document Control Intern - A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields 
  • Business Administration
  • Information Management
  • Records Management

 

Applicants must have graduated between 2023 and 2025. Must be registered with relevant local professional regulatory bodies
