BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of project documentation for expansion projects, including receipt, coding, distribution, storage, archiving, and handover. Establishing and maintaining a project document management system to ensure document control is standardized, secure and traceable thereby supporting smooth project execution and delivery.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key accountabilities include
- Researching industry best practice for document control and suggesting improvements to the organisation’s document management processes.
- Interrogating data to ensure accuracy.
- Ensuring all technical documents and contracts are collected and registered in EDMS system.
- Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreements.
- Reconciling documents to ensure the correct process flow.
- Ensuring regulatory, legal, and security compliance.
- Retrieving files as requested by employees and clients.
- Developing and maintaining an inventory of document changes, plus a detailed record of contract amendments and timelines.
- Filing documents in physical and digital fashion.
- Managing the flow of outgoing and incoming documentation
- Collecting, scanning and uploading documents following set procedures
- Distributing project-related copies to internal teams.
- Acting as a liaison and coordinator amongst key stakeholders related to document control.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Archives and Records management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of document control experience on international projects
- Overseas project experience or foreign enterprise construction management experience preferred
- Ability to develop project document management plans, communication management procedures, and document distribution workflows/matrices.

It will also ensure safe, efficient and sustainable mine development in compliance with MMG-Khoemacau’s safety and environmental standards conservation outcomes through scientifically rigorous offset design, habitat restoration, and stakeholder collaboration.
SENIOR EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST

The Senior Exploration Geologist will be responsible for contributing across all phases of exploration from greenfield early stage through to brownfield exploration targets, up to resource definition ensuring that KCM resource growth and development objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycles.
