Officer - Sourcing & Contracting

We are looking for an Officer – Sourcing & Contracting to join and support the team in delivering its tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Participate in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and category management plans.
• Conduct spend, cost, and supplier market analyses to support sourcing decisions.
• Prepare and manage tender processes using the company's procurement platforms (SAP and Ariba).
• Negotiate commercial, technical, and contractual terms with suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and recommend the best sourcing options based on cost, capability, and risk.
• Draft, review, and administer contracts in collaboration with the Legal Department.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes.
