Join MMG Rosebery and play a key role in creating a safer, healthier workplace. Due to current demands, we're looking for a proactive Senior Advisor - Occupational Hygiene to lead our hygiene monitoring programs, manage workplace exposure risks and drive continuous improvement on a maximum 2 year contract.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate occupational hygiene monitoring programs.
- Conduct exposure monitoring, risk assessments and investigations.
- Analyse results and recommend practical improvements.
- Partner with teams to build awareness of workplace health risks.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and MMG standards.
- Maintain hygiene records, equipment and reporting systems.
About You
- Qualifications in Occupational Hygiene or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years' experience in hygiene or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and build strong relationships.
- A genuine commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Current manual C Class driver's licence.
- Experience with medical records software and First Aid certification will be highly regarded.
