About the role:
- Coordinate and execute travel arrangements for employees of MMG Dugald River.
- Liaise with travellers to provide accurate travel-related information, including itineraries, hotel and car hire bookings.
- Monitoring and reporting on site transport as well as be the point of contact for department queries
- Effective communication with internal and external travel providers.
- Ensure accurate data entry into personnel information systems - SAM and Workflow.
- Maintain all travel related records and documents.
- Timely, effective and accurate preparation of reports, reporting and submissions.
- Check and reconcile travel related statements, reports and invoices – in preparation for payment.
- General administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, presentation, minute taking, onboarding and other general administration duties as required.
Who we are looking for:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role with strong administrative capabilities preferably within the mining sector.
- Highly organised, with the proven ability to maintain multiple priorities simultaneously under strict timelines.
- High level of competency in travel booking systems, FCM desirable with understanding of SAM, Workflow & SAP.
- Certificate III Business Administration (preferable).
- First Aid Certificate.
- Current manual drivers’ licence.
